Never Touch a Dirty Trash Bin Again
Sign-Up Today

How gross are your trash bins?

We can change that
It only takes a single bag of trash containing common household items like tissues, napkins, diapers, eggs, raw meat, spoiled milk, and rotting produce to infect your trash bins with harmful bacteria and germs such as Salmonella, E coli, Listeria, and more. And it’s those germs and bacteria that cause bad-smelling trash bins. Our trash bins cleaning service takes care of the dirty, smelly, and possibly pest ridden trash bin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Curbside Bin Cleaners

1

Q. Why should I have my bins cleaned?
A. We not only clean your bins but we also disinfect, sanitize, and deodorize them as well. Just using a water hose and broom to clean your trash and recycling bins is not enough to eliminate harmful bacteria and diseases that live and breed inside your bins such as; Tuberculosis, Strep, staph, E-Coli, Salmonella, and Listeria. We use pressured water heated to approximately 200 degrees Fahrenheit which rids them of 99.9% of germs and bacteria.

2

Q. Am I locked into a contract?
A. We ask that you stay with us for at least 3 cleanings. If service is canceled prior to your 3rd service there will be  a $25 cancellation fee.

3

Q. When is my service day?
A. 24-48 hours after you sign-up you will receive an email with the date of your first cleaning service and details regarding any future cleanings. Depending on your area and local trash pick-up schedules, your bin cleaning service may be same day or the next day, after your trash bins are emptied. Depending on the location of your home your service day may be different but gernerally we service area each week. [1st Monday - Friday we service Montebello and Pico Rivera area, 2nd Monday - Friday Whittier and La Habra area, 3rd Monday - Friday Downey and Santa Fe Springs area, 4th Monday - Friday Hacienda Height and La Puente area*. *Cleaning schedule is subject to change depending on operational needs.]

4

Q. What if I am away and cannot put my bins out on my scheduled service day?
A. If you plan to be out of town and your bins will not be out for use to clean on the set date, please notify us by 5pm the day prior to your scheduled service in order to avoid the scheduled service charge.

5

Q. Do I need to be home for your service?
A. No. you do not need to be home to have your cans cleaned.

6

Q. Where should I place my bins?
A. Please leave your bins curbside after your trash is collected by your local trash hauler and we will take care of the rest. If you are scheduled for next day service and don't want to leave them out overnight you can leave them up by your garage, the side of your house, or somewhere where we can have easy access to them without needing to walk inside an enclosure.

7

Q. How will I know if my trash cans have been serviced?
A. In addition to your bins smelling and looking clean, we will always pull your bins up so long as it is safe to do so.

8

Q. Do you clean both trash and recycling bins?
A. Yes. We recommend cleaning both due to the bacteria, viruses, and germs that build up on both types of cans.

9

Q. Am I allowed to swap bins?
A. While we understand why you would want to have all your bins cleaned, we only clean those bins that were signed up for service. If you would like to add additional bins to your subscription or for a one time service give us a call/text at (323)975-6444 and we will be happy to add them to your next scheduled service.

10

Q. How often should my trash and recycling bins be cleaned?
A. We recommend trying a MONTHLY service; however we do have QUARTERLY and ONE-TIME service options.
