Terms of Service
Quality of service: Curbside Bin Cleaners, LLC uses state of the art industrial cleaning process to provide the best results, however, in some cases with trash bins that are extremely soiled may require more than one cleaning to achieve our standard of optimal cleanliness.
If you have plans to be out of town and your bins will not be out for us to clean on the set date, please notify us by 5 PM the day prior to your scheduled service. Customers are responsible for leaving bins out on cleaning / trash day. In the event bins are not left on the curb for cleaning, customers will be subject to the scheduled service charge. The customer will be serviced the following cycle, at which time we will spend additional time and efforts to render bins clean.
Cancellation: After 3 services, you cancel anytime, with 7 days notice via phone call or email. Cancellation before your third service is subject to a cancellation fee. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscription service at any time without notice.
Scheduling: We service each neighborhood every 4 weeks. We reserve the right to reschedule service if needed. Service may be the same day or the next day, after your trash bins are emptied.
Billing: All billing is done using a credit card that is stored on file. Automatic payment will be applied prior to your service date. You are responsible for promptly updating all the information to keep your billing accounts current and accurate. If you have any disputes or discrepancies please call us immediately to get it resolved.
